Students

Our purpose as a student ministry is to minister to 6-12th grade students as well as their parents and our leaders.

Sunday Morning Rally

This is a fun time where we are introducing students to Jesus. We have music, games, and we ask students the question, "Do you know Jesus?" We do this by looking at scripture in large and small groups. This time also includes intentional invitations for students to follow Jesus by joining a Resemble Group. Sunday Morning Rally meets from 9:30-10:30am. All 6th-12th graders not meeting in a Resemble Group will meet In the Labyrinth Room (N206-207)from 9:30-10:30.

Resemble Groups

Resemble groups are gatherings of students who want to intentionally pursue a relationship with Christ together. They are created based on age and gender and are offered at different times during the week as well as on Sunday mornings. Click the link below and select students.

Dinner is FREE. WNL worship will begin at 6:15 in the Student Worship Center. If you are interested in serving as an adult leader during this time, please contact Becky Devore at .

Student Music

There are many ways your student can get involved in the music ministries at University. For more information about choir, handbells, orchestra and the student worship band visit our music ministry pages.

Pumpkin Patch

The Pumpkin Patch helps fund the Student Ministry Intern Program. This includes one year long intern as well as 4-5 summer interns. Each summer college age students are hired to help manage all summer projects, events, and Missions while participating in an intentional discipleship program.  Interns engage students all summer and build lasting relationships. Our year long intern is vital to our ministry in all regular weekly programming as well as special events and trips.

Pumpkin unloading will take place Sunday, Oct. 8, after church. Please mark your calendars and try to attend!

We also need volunteers to work the patch from 10am to 8pm in between the 8th and the 31st. Shifts are 2 hours long. Please click below and get signed up for one (or two, or three, or four). We will need all the help we can get!
