With You Always

Posted by Rev. Holly Wilson on

Remember, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.

Matthew 28:20

Friends,

Gosh, it can be hard for us to remember that promise of Christ, can’t it?!  In times of stress and sickness, in times of grief and heartache, in times of change and challenge, we can so easily feel abandoned and alone.

But, Jesus says, “I am with you... ALWAYS!”–even in times of fear, worry, pain, loneliness, and sickness.

This Sunday, at 5:30pm, we will have a Healing Service in our Sanctuary.  This will be a time of coming to God through sacred music, a brief message and prayer with anointing.  It will be a time for us to remember God’s promise to be with us ALWAYS!

If you are living in a season of pain, grief, sickness or challenge, this service is for you. If you love someone in a season of pain, grief, sickness or challenge, this service is for you. If you are someone who wants to be in prayer for those who are suffering, this service is for you.

God does not promise that we will be spared suffering in this life, but God does promise to be with us IN our suffering. Proclaiming that promise can be some of the most powerful healing work the church can do.  I hope you’ll be a part of it!

God bless you and I’ll see you on Sunday,

Pastor Holly
