We believe that one way to improve your spiritual walk is to improve your physical health. So with the New Year approaching it is a great time to jump start your fitness routine. We have teamed up with Camp Gladiator to offer some straight forward fitness classes 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Each session offers a full body workout that ANYBODY of ANY FITNESS level can enjoy. Each session there will also be a community atmosphere to find some new friends to share the struggle with.
Each session will happen in the North Gym at 5:30AM. I know it's early but you can get your workout in and be ready to tackle the day!
